Guest Services Coordinator

Location: Centerpoint Church, 1720 S. St. Cloud Ave., Valrico, Florida

Employment Type: Part time (up to 15 hours per week), with a minimum of 40 Sundays per year

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Coordinator to lead our team in creating an incredible guest experience and welcoming environment for every guest. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring that each person feels valued and connected from the moment they arrive.

Specific Responsibilities

Oversee all Guest Services systems and processes:  

  • Recruit, manage and develop the Guest Services leadership and volunteer team (130+ members).

  • Inspire the Guest Services team members by sharing organization vision, exemplifying our core values, and providing regular training.

  • Organize, ordering and maintain Guest Services supplies, printed materials, and equipment.

  • Evaluate Sunday Morning experiences.  

  • Coordinate with Adult Ministries to oversee any additional service event programming.

  • Additional responsibilities as determined by the Ministry Director. 

The Ideal Candidate 

You value creating exceptional guest experiences and building a team.  You recognize that Sunday services are an opportunity to show our community they are welcome and valued by God and us, and you understand that one smile and one welcome could make all the difference in one’s openness to hearing from God. Previous experience in guest/customer service is beneficial, with experience leading a diverse team preferred.
