Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working up to 15 hours per week. You will provide vital support to the Adult Engagement department, assisting with administrative tasks, event coordination, and project management.
Time Commitment and working relationship
Monday 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Flex hours to be used on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Sundays as needed
Additional hours during major events

Specific Responsibilities
Assist Adult Engagement Pastor. Execute the assimilation process and related tasks.
Maintain office reception area: answer phones, sort and deliver mail, welcome visitors, keep office area free of clutter, and assist in various office projects as needed.
Lead event planning, management, execution, and evaluation.
Perform other responsibilities as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven while not taking themselves too seriously. You have great communication and interpersonal skills. A quick learner who can adapt to changing plans and quickly prioritize tasks. Experience with G-suite, Planning Center Online, and Trello is preferred.
